Hailing from greater metropolitan Washington, D.C., Dead Men’s Hollow is Mike Clayberg (guitar, vocals), Marcy Cochran (fiddle, vocals), Caryn Fox (vocals), Belinda Hardesty (vocals), Amy Nazarov (vocals), and Bob Peirce (upright bass, vocals). Their musical backgrounds range from punk rock to off-Broadway to choral singing to contra dance accompaniment. The members of Dead Men’s Hollow find common ground in the grand canon of acoustic American song.
"Forever True" was engineered and produced by Chris Murphy of RHL Audio. Mr. Murphy has nearly 30 years of recording experience, having worked with a wide variety of artists ranging from Barbra Streisand to 2-Live Crew. "Forever True" was mastered by GRAMMY® winner Charlie Pilzer of Airshow. Mr. Pilzer won his award re-mastering "The Anthology of American Folk Music" for Smithsonian Folkways in 1997.

"This new group is fronted by three female singers who know a bit
about harmony singing. Their voices drive this mix of traditional
folk and country blues, a bit of bluegrass with some gospel tossed
in. They are from the D.C. area and have been catching on all over
the country. Fans of traditional music will wonder where this band
has been all of their life. This is pretty much acoustic music at
its finest. Check your local NPR station if they have any acoustic
music shows because they will be featured on several in the coming
months."
